Acceptance
By using Pickabook, you agree to these terms. Please do not use the service if you do not agree.
Eligibility and parental consent
You must be at least 18 to create an account. If you upload a child's image, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian, or have explicit and verifiable permission from one.
Photos and generated books
You retain rights to the original photos you upload. We use them only to create your book. After successful payment, Pickabook grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, print, and share the generated storybook for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Payments and refunds
Prices are displayed at checkout and may change. As every book is made to order, refunds are generally not available once custom illustration has begun. If a physical book has a print defect, contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
What may not be uploaded
Do not upload nudity or sexually suggestive content, violent or illegal content, another person's image without permission, or hateful or harassing material. Pickabook may cancel an order and remove content that violates these terms.
